Grades 4 & 5 - Vancouver Talmud Torah

Grades 4 and 5

Students in Grade 4 begin their intermediate chapter at VTT. The focus of both general studies and Judaics programming in these grades is to prepare students for their senior years at VTT and to continue to encourage their growth as individuals, as well as their role within their classes, their families, and their community. They assume more responsibility for themselves, their work, their school, and their peers.

In both general and Judaic studies, fourth and fifth graders hone their problem-solving and creative skills through broader expression in Hebrew in multiple genres and several major individual and group projects, such as “Our United Classroom,” “Gates and Stones of Jerusalem,”  and the “Israeli Shuk.”
