Corin NeumanGrade 2 Judaic Studies
Corin Neuman was born and raised in Israel. In her mid-teens she moved to Vancouver and subsequently graduated from Kwantlen Polytechnic University with a Bachelor of Arts in Criminology. Then, following in the footsteps of her grandmother and mother, Corin completed her education certificate at Simon Fraser University, becoming a third generation teacher.
Over the past few years, Corin has been very active within the Jewish community: she participated in Taglit Madrichim training and traveled to Israel to work with underprivileged communities in the south. These experiences, combined with her personal philosophy and love for Israel, motivated her to get connected and involved in Jewish day school education.
Morah Corin’s passion for Israel includes culture, dance, music, and Jewish and Israeli values. In the classroom, Corin hopes to create stronger bonds with her students to both Israel and the Hebrew language. Corin sees the importance of growing up in a Jewish home where traditions are part of every aspect of life.
Outside of the classroom, Corin is a cross fit athlete. Healthy living, healthy recipes, and training the mind and the body inspire Corin to achieve success.
